Total Team Development

Playing a Stronger Mental Game

Clinical and Sport Psychologist Dr. Jason Emery is responsible for developing and delivering the sport psychology and team building curriculum for Total Team Development.

For 20 years, Dr. Emery has been coaching ice hockey from beginners to college-aged athletes. He has been interested in the motivation of adolescents and young adults for many years. This became a part of his doctoral dissertation, which created best practices to design and evaluate programs that facilitate the "coming of age" developmental process, particularly how to activate one's internal motivation. His passion to help athletes succeed and maximize their mental game on and off the ice will be the focus of this program.
