This program will be a great chance to work on skills players know they need to improve to have more of an impact next season and at the same time become a more unified team long before the start of next season. The coaching staff all participate in the TTD Residential Program bringing the same skill development concepts to the ice at your location.
Being a local program, the format of the program can be tailored to fit within a week, over multiple weeks or weekends, or any other configuration that works for the team.
In conjunction with the on-ice program, there will be team building and team culture development sessions with our sport psychologists and leadership development instructors. Our focus will be on helping your team become more cohesive with consistent goals and an understanding of how teammates should interact to attain the highest goals desired.
